These gaskets fit your G54b Timing cover just as the factory did. It comes with both gaskets for  each side of the timing cover and the front crank seal.

Anytime you are doing timing, oil pump, balance shaft elimination kits you need to replace your timing cover gaskets on your Starion / Conquest.

You will also need a water pump gasket if you plan to remove that
