Tie rod end adjustment sleeve, this is the sleeve that goes between the inner and outer tie rod on the drivers side of your stock steering system in your Mitsubishi Starion or Chrysler Conquest. One side is LEFT hand thread, the end with the groove on the sleeve and the nut with the arrow go together. Make sure you install it properly on the vehicle.
